This hunting camp was a popular locale for nomadic peoples. Throughout the formative period visitors used this ridge-top spot to scope out the animals moving across the landscape, and to prepare for the next day of hunting. Evidence of multiple firepits and numerous stone tools and ceramics suggest that this hunting camp was a popular one, having been used repeatedly for generations.
